Then don't worry. Download and install IP Webcam on your android device and use your phone's camera as your pc's webcam.

How To Use:

1) Download & install IP Webcam to your android device.
2) Create a wifi hotspot and connect your android device to your computer.
3) Open IP webcam apps on your phone and tap "start server" at last.
4) Open web browser on your pc (Google Chrome is preferred) and enter the address as shown on your          phone's screen. (http://192.168.43.1:8080/)
     you will see the following---

5) Go to the link to view the camera in web browser. (http://192.168.43.1:8080/browser.html) i.e.

• Use browser built-in viewer (not supported by some browsers)

6) Go to the link (http://192.168.43.1:8080/windows.html) to get instructions about how to connect it                through skype and facebbok video chats.

• Connect to PC for use with Skype and other videochats on Windows
